Shipment and Delivery Time Expectations Policy:
Small value / small item orders are sent USPS Priority Mail.
Most items ship by UPS, FedEx ground, or DHL.
Some Heavy or oversize items are shipped by freight truck.
Most of the items we sell ship direct from a large stocking warehouse within 24-48 hours.
Some items drop ship direct to you from the manufacturer in 2-5 days.
Some custom painted auto body parts drop ship direct to you from the manufacturer in 3-7 days.
Shipping cost is not refundable under any circumstance. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Fraud prevention, credit approval, order volume, system problems, weather
conditions, and other variables can affect processing time and delivery date.
Saturday, Sunday and
holiday deliveries are not available at this time. Orders placed on weekends
and holidays will be processed the following week pending payment authorization.
Sorry, we are not able to accept C.O.D. orders.
We reserve the right to delay or cancel/refund your order due to fraud prevention screening
even if the credit card was originally approved.
Sales Tax to Washington State 7.8%
Dodge Nitro Accessories Store is located
in WA state. We collect and remit sales tax as required by law, based on order
destinations in WA state. At this time we are not required to collect sales tax for any other states.
Our Returns Policy:
- All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
- No returns or refunds after 30 days. No returns or refunds on items that have been used or installed.
- Authorized returns under $200 are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Authorized returns over $200 are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Unauthorized returns and refused shipments are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Shipping is not refundable under any circumstance.
No returns on special orders, factory direct orders, or painted auto body parts,
and No returns on items that state "Not returnable" on the item page.
Merchandise must be returned in new and resalable condition, in original
cartons with original packing, accessories, guarantees, instructions and
must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number obtained from our customer service department.
Returned items that are damaged or not in resalable condition will not receive a refund.
Refer to our "Damaged or Lost Items Policy" below for items that arrive damaged, defective, or have missing parts.

How to return an item you purchased from us:
1) Within 30 days from purchase:
You must call
to confirm your item is returnable and for a return authorization
number to be written on the outside of your package. Please contact

Once your return has been authorized, we will email you the RMA# along with specific return instructions.
The RMA number is valid for a period of 14 days.
Prominently display the RMA number on the outside of the package being returned.
Returns received without a valid RMA #,
or returns received more than 14 days after the RMA issue date
will be classified as Overgoods* and will be refused. RMA #'s cannot be extended or re-issued.
2) Return to address:
Not all items return to the same address, so when you call for a return authorization number
we will give you the correct address for the item you are returning.
We cannot refund for items returned to the wrong address.
3) Please note:
We cannot accept collect or
postage-due return shipments, and are not responsible for uninsured packages
that are lost or damaged in transit. We cannot refund Postage and Handling fees. We
strongly suggest that you insure your package for damage and loss.
4) Upon receipt of your return:
It will be inspected. Returned items that are damaged or not in resalable
condition, according to our determination, will not receive a refund.
Goods that have been damaged by the consumer, have been installed and/or removed,
have missing or spoiled packaging, have missing hardware, components or instructions,
or any item returned that is not in new condition will be deemed non-returnable
and returned to the consumer only upon their request and expense.
No refund will be issued in such cases and we will notify the customer via email,
postal mail and/or telephone. Unclaimed returns will be disposed of after 60 days.
A 15%-25% restocking fee may be withheld for
returns. Shipping is not refundable under any circumstance.
Refunds for credit card purchases will be credited to the original credit
account number used at the time of purchase. Allow time for the credit to
appear in your billing cycle after the return. Refunds of purchases
made by personal or business check or money order will be made by check
usually within 1-7 days after the return.
*Overgoods are returns received by the return address warehouse under the following conditions:
- Product was received without a valid Rerturn Merchandise Authorization number.
- Product was received later than 14 calendar days from the RMA date.
- Product does not meet our expectations. For example, the product is not in resalable condition
because of damage, or missing components, or missing instructions.
- Product is claimed to be new / not installed by the customer.
Upon receipt a technician opens the package and discovers the product had been installed / used
by the customer before it was returned.
Overgoods will be denied a refund and returned to the consumer only upon their request and expense.
No refund will be issued in such cases and we will notify the customer via email,
postal mail and/or telephone. Unclaimed returns will be disposed of after 60 days.
If a product cannot be deemed resalable and is sent back to the customer and
the customer refuses the returned product shipment,
or returns the product a second time without our prior authorization,
the customer agrees to relinquish all right and title to and waives all claims against
Dodge Nitro Accessories Store for any refunds related to such products.

Damaged or Lost Items Policy:
If an item was damaged in shipping, here is what to do:
Once received, keep the original carton, all packing materials and parts intact.
Within (24-48 hours) after receiving a damaged shipment
contact us and call the shipping carrier and file a damage claim.

The package is insured by the carrier and any damage that happened to
the item has to be reported by the customer so we can get you a replacement.
Once a claim is initiated by the customer and we are notified, we are able to start the
process of getting you a replacement. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your replacement.
Keep the box the item was shipped in as UPS or Fedex will usually pick
it up for inspection or return to the shipper.
Please notify us with the claim number from the carrier,
then we will have our supplier warehouse or the manufacturer send you another item.

This is not changing the billing address, only adding another authorized shipping address to the account.

Adding this address is an easy task.
Simply call your credit card company using the 1-800 number from the back of your card
and ask the bank to add this shipping address as an approved "alternate shipping address".
Once you have done this, please place your order and please include the bank's 1-800 phone number
off the back off the credit card.
We will contact your bank using the bank number you have provided to verify this information
after the order has been placed.
